Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Nilo Thiago ("I", "me", "my") handles information in connection with the nilothiago.com website and the internal software tool I use to manage my own advertising accounts. It applies to visitors of nilothiago.com and to the internal tool described herein.

Information collected

Website visitors: nilothiago.com does not use analytics trackers, cookies, advertising pixels, or any third-party data-collection scripts. No personally identifiable information is collected from visitors of this website.

Internal tool: the internal tool is a private, locally-hosted application used exclusively by me to manage my own advertising accounts. It accesses advertising-platform APIs (including the Google Ads API and the Meta Marketing API) using credentials and OAuth tokens associated with my own accounts. No user data from advertising campaigns is stored beyond what is temporarily held in memory during an active session. No third parties have access to the tool.

How information is used

Data accessed through advertising APIs is used solely for:

• Monitoring campaign performance (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions);
• Researching keyword opportunities for search advertising;
• Creating and managing ad campaigns within my own Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.

No data is sold, shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third party for any purpose.

Third-party services

The internal tool interacts with the following third-party APIs under their respective terms of service:

• Google Ads API (Google LLC);
• Meta Marketing API (Meta Platforms, Inc.).

Use of these APIs is subject to Google's and Meta's own privacy policies and terms of service. No data is transferred to any other third parties.

Data retention & security

No persistent user data is stored by this website or the internal tool beyond what is strictly necessary for session operation. API credentials and developer tokens are stored locally in a secure environment file and are never transmitted to or stored on external servers.
